1 by 1, 2 by 2, 3 by 3, 4 by 4...The Hat Ladies, their gents, children, and pets continue a 100+ year tradition, meet and greet in Washington Park, then stroll our historic Broad Street, wishing everyone a "HaTpy Easter!" in our 18th Easter Promenade
